Do I still need a waste management service if Bin Caddies moves my bins to the street?Yes. Bin Caddies only moves your bins from your home to the street. We do not remove trash from the bin. Therefore, you still need a waste management company to empty your bins once they are on the street. We then move your bins back to your home so you can conveniently fill them again.

Will your service damage my driveway?No. Unlike most waste management companies that use heavy trash trucks to empty your waste bin directly from your home, our caddies use their personal vehicle with a patented bin carrier to take your bin to and from the street or, depending on distance, your caddie may even walk your bin to and from the street further preventing any risk of damage from our service.

What do I need to do if I go out of town or on vacation.Nothing! We continue your service whether you are in town or not. Using our service allows you to go out of town or on vacation without worrying if your trash bin is in the proper place.

How does Bin Caddies take our bins?Our Caddies will either walk or use our bin lift system on the back of their vehicle to take your bins from your home to the road and back.

Do I need to let my Caddie know when I go on vacation?No. Your Caddie will service your bin whether or not you are home. This allows you to go out of town or on vacation without worrying about your bin being left on the road.

What if my bin is empty at the time of pick up?Your caddie may leave your bin in place near your home if there is not any trash in the bin, however, it is common for your caddie to move your bin to the road anyway just in case you need to put trash in your bin after the caddie has visited your home.
